Jj Yeo and Cassandra Loh Wei Ning

JJ and Cassandra are both Singaporeans that I met during the last bridal exhibit in Singapore.  I got surprised when I received a message from them that they are flying here to the Philippines for the first time and they wanted to have an Engagement Shoot in our country.Since they are not familiar with our country, I had to extend extra effort to find their perfect location, arrange the logistics, suppliers and submit to them prior the shoot for approval. Because they only have a few days to visit, I had to look for a location that can be traveled by land for a few hours and that has the following requirements as per Cassandra; small church, nature view with mountains, a horse, falls and most importantly a venue that doesn’t look like Singapore at all.

Our first choice was Tagaytay but it was very hard to coordinate since there was no place that has all the requirements. Thankfully, my husband thought of Subic for the location. I literally danced for joy because it has all the requirements and the best thing is they only need to pay 2500 Philippine Peso for El Kabayo then the rest of the venues in Subic are free.

El Kabayo in Subic has always been one of my favorite places for prenuptial pictorial. The place looks so dreamy and during the golden hour, the light falls perfectly on your subject creating that warm golden glow.

Our day started early for travel and make-up. I am very grateful for the team because they supported me in making the shoot easy, fun and stunning for JJ and Cassandra. We wanted to make it an unforgettable experience for them.

Of course I have to mention this beautiful dress provided by Pete. I love the watercolor floral style print. It looks so perfect with Cassandra. I have always been fascinated with Pete’s style when he dresses up his clients. It’s always chic and classy.

Aside from giving JJ and Cassandra fine-looking photos, I am delighted to show them our beautiful country and make them experience the hospitality and talents of our wedding suppliers. Proudly Pinoy!

Finding your perfect venue for your prenuptial pictorial requires an in-depth research. It should compliment your theme and personality. It should also be within the budget. As for out-of-town shoots, you have to consider the venue’s fee, transportation, food and accommodation expenses plus all the out-of-town fees of all the suppliers.
